Massachusetts regulation 201 CMR 17 requires companies including BPC to take significant additional steps to protect the confidential information of its clients, principals and employees. BPC has implemented a program (the Massachusetts Data Security Program) to comply with the state requirements. The Program includes, among other procedures and practices, our use of a firewall, and anti-virus and malware protection on all desktops and servers, the secure storage of paper copies of personal and confidential data; the use of password-protected or encrypted email when required to transmit confidential data to authorized persons; and confirmation of program compliance from vendors and service providers.
Our principals and employees may, from time to time, have access to your personal information in order to provide services to you. We restrict access to nonpublic personal financial information to those individuals who need to know that information in order to provide you with products and services.
