Associate Mr. Guobadia joined Herbert J. Sims & Co. in 2006 and is based in the western regional office in Long Beach, California. Mr. Guobadia provides analytical and processing support for transactions, which includes structuring, modeling, and credit analysis for proposed financings. He also provides support for restructuring and workout analysis on existing senior living projects and transactions. His experience includes both investment grade rated and non-rated issues, derivatives, credit enhancement, and construction loans. Prior to joining Sims, Mr. Guobadia earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Economics from School of Arts and Sciences at Boston College and a Masters in Business Administration and Masters of Science in Finance from Clark University. |
