Ms. Le provides analytical and processing support for various senior living financings, which involve structuring, modeling, and credit analyses. Her experience includes both unrated and investment grade rated issues, derivatives, credit enhancement, and construction loans. Upon joining Herbert J. Sims & Co. in June 2004, Ms. Le developed the 3rd edition of Sims’ landmark report, “From Start-up to Success: A Statistical Analysis of Emerging Continuing Care Retirement Communities.”

Ms. Le graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science degree in quantitative economics. She also received the Diplôme de Programme International from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, France.
