Where do I mail my check?

Can I set up direct deposit of income/proceeds to my bank via ACH transfer?

Yes. Please contact your client service associate for an ACH authorization agreement form.

Can I authorize you to withdraw funds directly from my bank to cover balances in my brokerage account?

Yes. Funds can be withdrawn from your bank once we have a signed ACH agreement on file.  Please contact your client service associate to request a form.

How do I wire funds into my account?

Please use the following instructions when wiring funds into your brokerage account:

Some of the security holdings on my statement do not include the original cost information? How can I have this updated?

Contact your income advisor and provide them with the missing information. The updated information will appear on your next brokerage statement.

Are my assets protected?

Our clearing firm, Pershing LLC, is a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation® (SIPC®).  As a result, securities in your account are protected up to $500,000 (of which $250,000 can be for claims for cash awaiting reinvestment). For more information, please see this brochure.

How do I check my account balance?

Having access to your account online is a great way to view your account balances. You may also contact your client service associate for balance information.

Can I view my brokerage account online?

You may access your account online via the following website: www.netxview.com. Please contact your client service associate for an application to gain access to this feature. A User ID and Temporary Password will be emailed to you when we receive your signed application.

Can I receive statements electronically?

If you are authorized for online access to your account via www.netxview.com, you can click the link that appears on the top right hand corner of your account homepage to enroll for paperless statements. If you are not authorized for online access to your account but would like to receive statements and/or confirms via electronic delivery, visit: www.myedocumentsuite.com and click on “Register Now.”  Contact your client service associate if you would like to receive an easy step by step manual to guide you through the enrollment process.

When will I receive my statement?

If an account is active, statements are generated all months for which there was reportable activity. However, if an account is not active, statements are issued on a quarterly basis (Mar/Jun/Sept/Dec).
