Associate Mr. Meyer provides analytical and processing support, including structuring, modeling and credit analysis for proposed financings. He also provides support for restructuring analysis on existing senior living projects and transactions. His experience includes investment grade rated and non-rated issues, derivatives, and construction loans. Mr. Meyer graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He also graduated with High Honors, after completing his honors thesis about the Federal Reserve’s decision-making process over the past twenty years, specifically with respect to the final years of Alan Greenspan’s Chairmanship. |
