Ms. Rogers is responsible for direct surveillance of HJ Sims municipal underwritings which includes monitoring construction as well as financial, marketing/occupancy and covenant compliance status. She has continuing ongoing dialogues with project management and makes periodic site visits. In addition, she works with Sims’ banking, sales and trading departments to provide current proprietary information, create internal analytical reports and research various related issues.

Prior to joining Sims in 1989, Ms. Rogers worked for several years in stock research, portfolio administration and financial reporting. She has a BS degree from New York University.
