Mr. Crouch began his career in 1983, when he first joined Herbert J. Sims & Co., Inc. His responsibilities include advising leading institutional bond funds, registered investment advisors and high-net-worth individuals. His broad knowledge of the senior living industry has led to counting many leading owner/operators among his clients, counseling them as to their personal investments and development opportunities.

Mr. Crouch currently heads the firm’s financing efforts for correctional facilities, with over $250 million bond issues closed to date. He is also responsible for spearheading the firm’s senior management of over $100 million in charter-school financings.

Mr. Crouch attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy, and graduated from Wagner College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics.
