Mr. Gall joined Herbert J. Sims & Co., Inc. in 2002 in the corporate headquarters in Southport, CT. Mr. Gall relocated to the southeastern regional office in Orlando, FL in February 2005. Mr. Gall provides analytical and processing support for transactions, which includes structuring, modeling, and credit analysis for proposed financings. Mr. Gall has completed 18 senior living and long term care financings totaling over $300 million. He also provides support for restructuring and workout analysis on existing senior living projects as well as providing asset management and servicing support for mezzanine and preferred equity transactions. His experience includes non-rated financing, credit enhancement, seed money, acquisitions, mezzanine financing, and sale-manageback transactions.

Prior to joining Sims, Mr. Gall earned his Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in Finance and Operations & Technology Management from Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
