Mr. Gall joined Herbert J. Sims & Co., Inc. in 2002 and is located in the southeastern regional office located in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Gall is responsible and provides support for transactions in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States. He provides analytical and processing support for transactions, which includes underwriting, structuring, modeling, and credit analysis for proposed financings. Mr. Gall has completed 28 senior living and long term care financings totaling over $850 million. He has been involved in the development, acquisition, restructuring, servicing, refinancing, and repositioning of continuing care retirement communities, independent/congregate care, assisted living, dementia care, and skilled nursing properties for both not for-profit and for-profit organizations. His experience includes structures such as non-rated, investment grade rated, credit enhancement, seed money, acquisitions, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, joint venture partnerships, construction loans, portfolio financing and sale-manageback transactions.

Prior to joining Sims, Mr. Gall earned his Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in Finance and Operations & Technology Management from Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
