Assistant Vice President Mr. Guobadia joined Herbert J. Sims & Co. in 2006 and is based in the western regional office in Houston, Texas. Mr. Guobadia provides analytical and processing support for underwriting and financial advisory transactions. Mr. Guobadia’s responsibilities include structuring bond issues, credit analysis, identifying refunding opportunities, debt structure evaluation, financial modeling, and quantifying savings and cost implications of capital structuring alternatives. He also provides support for preparation of marketing materials and proposals, reviewing legal documents and performing research. His experience includes both investment-grade rated and non-rated issues, derivatives, credit enhancement, and construction loans. Prior to joining Sims, Mr. Guobadia earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences at Boston College and a Masters in Business Administration and Masters of Science in Finance from Clark University. |
