Kerrie Tomasiewicz is a Senior Vice President of Sims Mortgage Funding, Inc. (SMF) and assists in the operation and management of the company. She has approximately 20 years of experience with FHA mortgage insurance programs, and has been involved in approximately 65 FHA-insured loan transactions totaling in excess of $600 million. Ms. Tomasiewicz was responsible for establishing the firm’s FHA-insured loan servicing department in 1988 and overseeing its activities until 2002.  Under Ms. Tomasiewicz’s leadership, SMF’s loan servicing portfolio grew to approximately $250 million and included some of the largest bond issuing authorities and investment funds as clients. Ms. Tomasiewicz is an approved Underwriter under the Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) program.

Ms. Tomasiewicz’s direct responsibilities include business development, project analysis, application processing and underwriting, loan funding and post closing loan administration. Ms. Tomasiewicz is a 1986 graduate of Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York with a Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
