Mr. Scribner joined Herbert J. Sims & Co., Inc. in 2004.  Mr. Scribner provides analysis for new development, expansion and acquisition projects, as well as processing support for tax-exempt, subordinate debt, preferred equity and seed capital financings. Mr. Scribner has completed 10 senior living and long-term care financings totaling over $85 million. He also provides asset management services for the firm’s proprietary transactions.

Prior to joining Herbert J. Sims & Co., Inc., Mr. Scribner was with Greenwich Associates, a global financial services consulting and research firm. As the Assistant Director of Business Development, he was responsible for managing the firm’s custom research group and analyzing new business opportunities. He consulted to several global fixed income and foreign exchange clients. Prior to his appointment to Assistant Director, he was a Senior Research Associates on Greenwich Associates’ fixed income team, where he managed the European and Asian fixed income programs. Mr. Scribner completed his undergraduate degree at Colby College, where he majored in Economics with a concentration in financial markets.
