Curtis King provides analytical and processing support on Herbert J. Sims & Co., Inc.’s proprietary deals, which includes structuring, modeling, and credit analysis for proposed financings. He also provides support for restructuring and workout analysis on existing senior living projects and servicing support for mezzanine and preferred equity transactions.

Prior to joining Herbert J. Sims and Co., Inc., Mr. King earned his Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in Finance and Economics from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
