Mr. Patykula assists in the Sims Mortgage Funding, Inc.'s (SMF) origination, processing and underwriting activities. He has over 15 years of experience in the capital markets with particular expertise in municipal bond trading, underwriting, sales and portfolio management.

Previously, Mr. Patykula served as a Fixed Income Trader at Herbert J. Sims & Co, Inc., SMF's parent company, where his responsibilities included trading and underwriting municipal bonds and other fixed income debt instruments.

Mr. Patykula earned his Bachelor of Science degree, with a concentration in finance in 1989, from Trenton State College in Ewing, New Jersey.
